3. Our services
Justpingit B.V. assists clients with reviewing, checking, improving, structuring and handling documents, agreements and other legal texts. Clients can share documents and information with us via email, WhatsApp or other communication channels made available by Justpingit B.V.
4. Which personal data do we process?
We process, among other things, contact details, data contained in documents provided by clients, and technical data necessary for the functioning and security of our services.
5. Purposes of processing
We process personal data for the performance of our services, communication with clients, administration and invoicing, compliance with legal obligations, and the security of our systems and services.
6. Legal bases
We process personal data only when a legal basis exists, including the performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or the consent of the data subject.
7. Confidential documents
All documents provided to Justpingit B.V. are treated confidentially, whether or not they contain personal data. We use such documents solely for the performance of the agreed services, unless we are legally required to process them otherwise.
8. Sharing data with 'operators'
To perform our services, Justpingit B.V. may share personal data, documents and other relevant information with carefully selected third parties ('operators') who perform work on behalf of Justpingit B.V. Operators only have access to information necessary for the performance of the relevant assignment and are contractually bound to strict confidentiality.
9. External service providers
For the performance of our services, we use, among others, Google Workspace, cloud storage and IT service providers, email service providers, hosting providers, accountants and legal advisors. Where necessary, we conclude appropriate data processing agreements.
10. Use of digital tools and technology
In the performance of our services, we may use software, digital tools and supporting technologies to carry out our work more efficiently, consistently and securely. These tools are used solely under the responsibility of Justpingit B.V.
11. Communication via WhatsApp and email
Clients can communicate with Justpingit B.V. and share information and documents via email and WhatsApp. Email and WhatsApp are the preferred channels for communication within the performance of our services.
In the context of our services, personal data and confidential information may be exchanged via these channels. Justpingit B.V. processes this data solely for the performance of the agreed services, communication with clients and file building, and treats this information confidentially.
Justpingit B.V. takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data, including access restrictions to systems and devices, the use of secured accounts and secure storage within internal systems.
Electronic communication via email and WhatsApp, however, carries inherent risks, such as unintended access by third parties, technical failures or loss of data. Despite the measures taken, Justpingit B.V. cannot fully guarantee the security of these communication channels.
Clients are advised to exercise restraint when sharing particularly sensitive personal data via email or WhatsApp if a more secure alternative offered by Justpingit B.V. is available.
Justpingit B.V. may include messages and documents received via email and WhatsApp in its internal file and archiving systems insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the services and compliance with legal obligations.
12. Retention periods
Documents and assignment-related data are in principle retained for a maximum of one year after completion of the assignment, unless a statutory retention obligation, dispute or other legitimate reason requires a longer retention period.
13. Security
Justpingit B.V. takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access restrictions, authentication measures, secured cloud environments and periodic evaluations of security measures.
14. Cookies
Our website uses only functional cookies. We currently do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
15. International transfers
If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
16. Your rights
You have, among others, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right to withdraw consent.
17. Complaints
If you have questions or complaints about the processing of personal data, we ask you to first contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
18. External websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Justpingit B.V. is not responsible for the content or privacy policy of such websites.
19. Changes
Justpingit B.V. reserves the right to amend this privacy statement. The most current version is always published on the Justpingit B.V. website.
